Please note when purchasing tickets, the Friday and Saturday evening sessions are strictly over 18s only . The organisers have the right to refuse entry to holders of tickets who they believe are under the age of 18 – this is a legal requirement. If there is likely to be doubt or you are under 18 years old please bring proof of age ID to avoid disappointment as we will be making entry checks and will refuse entry to anyone we suspect to be under 18.
The Saturday lunchtime is a family session and children are welcome.

Purchasing Online
Tickets are available to purchase Online via PayPal, used successfully last year. You can pay by using your PayPal account or a recognised debit or credit card.
- To makes things easier we are changing the way in which you receive your tickets.
- Tickets will not now be posted, and will instead be picked up on the door.
- It’s all really simple and keeps costs down.
- All you have to do is print off and bring with you your PayPal confirmation after you have purchased as a form of identity for picking up a ticket(s).
- The pick up point will be clearly signposted on each night.
- If you lose/forget your confirmation, please bring a valid form of identity along, for example a driving licence.
- There is a small admin charge of £1.00 to cover our PayPal and admin costs.

In purchasing tickets online you are entering into a contract of sale with Macclesfield and District Round Table Charitable Trust, governed by the relevant law in England & Wales and the following terms:
- Purchasing individuals may not re-sell tickets for profit.
- Purchasing tickets does not guarantee that you will receive the ticket. There are a limited number of tickets that will be sold on a first come first served basis. Where you purchase a ticket and there are no available tickets you will be issued with a full refund.
When an individual does not observe the afforementioned Terms, Macclesfield and District Round Table Charitable Trust has the right to reclaim the tickets, refund the individual and/or not permit entry to the beer festival for holders of the purchased tickets.
