2 Live Bands each night!
On both Friday and Saturday nights you will be able to see both:
Dazed & Confused

Dazed & Confused
Once again, the mighty Dazed & Confused will be (dis)gracing the stage at the Macclesfield – for a record FOURTH consecutive year! Since last year, the band has gone from strength to strength, although they are now down to a 6 piece since Frank Witt departed last summer. This means that lead guitar duties now fall fairly and squarely on the mighty shoulders of the Rock God that is ANDY SMITH, supported ably, in the back line by the band’s own personal Jesus, bassist MATT JOHNSON and the driving drum beat of HUGH THOMPSON. The shade to Andy’s light is again provided by DAVE STEBBINGS on acoustic guitar (and vocals) while the vocal talents of CHRISSIE COOKE and PAUL MORRISSEY continue to amaze even the band’s staunchest supporters!
While the band have not deviated from their mission to provide good time rock and pop to the good folk of Macclesfield, the repertoire continues to expand, and a number of new tunes are due to get their first public airing at the Festival So, bring your pint, gather round the stage and give it everything you’ve got – your challenge is to expend more energy than Dazed and Confused – many have tried, but few have succeeeded!

Monkey Harris

Monkey Harris
Monkey Harris are a five piece covers band who perform the greatest hits of classic bands with a Britpop and Indie theme such as Oasis, The Stone Roses, Coldplay, The Killers, The Kooks, Kings of Leon, James, The Jam, The Who, Kaiser Chiefs, Stereophonics, The Arctic Monkeys and many more.
Over the past ten years the band have built up a large following in the Cheshire/South Manchester area and regularly play to large crowds. There have been many highlights, including 4 successive years performing at the Poynton Show and several sell out gigs at the Foyer Bar.
More recently the band have played to capacity crowds at the Woodford Community Centre in Woodford, Stockport, and have donated several thousand pounds to charities such as FSIDs (cot death), Cancer Research and MIND.
Monkey Harris has a burning passion for the bands they cover and a real desire to re-create them accurately. Playing the Macclesfield Beer Festival is a real honour for the band and they plan to deliver a truly awesome set and get the crowd bouncing!
